TotalEnergies EP Nederland – On behalf of Aramis Project
Here below are the information and instructions to the suppliers wishing to participate to a Call For Tender (CFT) in relation to the Aramis project.
The Aramis Project is a cooperation initiative between EBN, Gasunie, Shell and TotalEnergies to explore the joint development of a Dutch large-scale CO2 transport project for offshore storage. Any reference to ‘Aramis JV’, ‘Aramis partner’ or ‘Aramis JV partner’ refers to the contemplated set-up of and subsequent participation in a joint venture entity by EBN, Gasunie, Shell and TotalEnergies, subject to all required (pending) permits and merger control clearances.
The tender will be conducted in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2012 (Dutch implementation of procurement directive 2014/24/EU).
The expression of interest period starts at the publication of the Contract Notice by TotalEnergies EP Nederland B.V. on Tender Electronic Daily (TED), which is the online version of the 'Supplement to the Official Journal' of the EU, dedicated to European public procurement.
Access to the Application event in e-Sourcing
The application process will be carried out via e-Sourcing, which is TotalEnergies’ digital procurement tool, powered by SAP Ariba. All requested information regarding the application must be submitted via e-Sourcing.

Access to the Call For Tender event in e-Sourcing
The suppliers selected following the application period will receive an invitation from TotalEnergies EP Nederland B.V. to the e-Sourcing event of the CFT.
Complaints guidelines
Complaints can be submitted in writing to TotalEnergies EP Nederland B.V via the following e-mail address: [email protected]. APPLICANT shall state clearly in the e-mail to which tender the complaint relates to, what the complaint is and how the problem can be remedied.
